How long does shipping take?
We work hard to get your happy mail out as quickly as possible! Most in stock orders ship within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during new launches, special events, trunk shows, holidays, or high volume order periods, shipping times may be slightly extended. We truly appreciate your patience and support as a small business!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your USPS tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Where do I park?
Downtown Newnan offers street parking and public parking throughout the area, so you can park anywhere you find an open spot nearby! We recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes to stroll around and enjoy all the charm our sweet downtown has to offer while you’re here.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of needlepoint products and fibers, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
Do you offer finishing services?
Not at this time, but it is definitely something we hope to offer in the future! We would love to eventually partner with a professional finisher so we can continue making Ella Anne a full service experience for our stitching community.
